Program Overview

The St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship by investment was designed in 1984 making it the oldest citizenship by investment program in the CBI industry. The program was designed to attract foreign investors to help build the country’s infrastructure and to also support the citizens of the 2 islands. The Saint. Kitts & Nevis citizenship unit allows investors to apply for second citizenship under two investment schemes and grants citizenship within approximately 6-9 months with no requirements to relocate.

Investment Options

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program offers two main investment options: a contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) or an investment in government-approved real estate. The SGF requires a non-refundable contribution, providing a streamlined path to citizenship. The real estate option involves purchasing property that must be held for a minimum period. Both options offer benefits such as visa-free travel to many countries, favorable tax policies, and the opportunity to invest in a stable, growing economy.

A contribution made to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)

starting from $250,000 USD.

Real Estate Investment

This involves investing in a government-approved real estate asset class

such as hotel shares, fractional ownership, land, or freehold property with

title deed. Once the citizenship is approved, the investment fees and the

government fees can then be paid. A minimum investment of $325,000

USD with a holding period of 7 years
