Investment Options

Türkiye’s Citizenship by Investment program offers pathways such as investing in real estate, making a bank deposit, contributing to government bonds or fixed capital, or creating jobs for Turkish citizens. Each option requires meeting specific conditions and holding periods to qualify for citizenship.

Real Estate Investment

Purchase property worth at least $400,000 USD.

Fixed Capital

Invest a minimum of $500,000 USD in fixed capital contributions.

Bank Deposit

Deposit at least $500,000 USD into a Turkish bank.

Government Bonds

Invest $500,000 USD in government bonds.

Investment Funds

Commit $500,000 USD into a real estate or
venture capital investment fund.

Private Pension

Commit $500,000 USD to a private pension system with a holding period of at least three years.

Job Creation

Create jobs for at least 50 people, certified by the Ministry of Family, Labour, and Social Services.
